2 cups white rice

2 cans french onion soup
|

1 stick butter
|

1 large jar/ can sliced mushrooms

Instructions |

|
In a skillet, melt butter, saute rice until rice is brown. Add Mushrooms.
|

|
Meanwhile, in a 4 cup measuring cup, add both cans of soup and fill with water to make 4 cups.
|
|
|
Add to rice mix. Bring to a boil. Pour into 2 quart dish.
|
|
|
Bake covered at 350 degrees for 45min.-1hour Or until all liquid is absorbed.
