     Swiss Mocha Cake

Ingredients
CRUNCH LAYER;
1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
3/4 cups firmly packed brown sugaar
1/2 cup finely chopped nuts
1 Tablespoon Swiss Mocha International Coffee Mix
3/4 cup melted buter

CAKE BATTER
1 box Pillsbury Plus Dakrk Chocolate Cake Mix
 
1 1/4 cups melted butter
1/4 cups melted butter
3 eggs
--------
FROSTING MIX
8 ounces cream cheese
1 box (1lb) powdered sugar
1-2 Tablespoons Swiss Mocha Coffee
1 teaspoon vanilla 8-12 ounces cool whip

Instructions
Grease and flour 3 cake pans. Crumble CRUNCH LAYER ingredients into pans - do not press.
Mix CAKE BATTER ingredients together and pour over crunch layer. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.
Fold FROSTING MIX ingredients into 8 to 12 ounce cool whip. Frost cake and refrigerate.
