     Spinach Artichoke Casserole

Ingredients
1 can artichoke hearts, drained
3 pkgs frozen chopped spinach, cooked and drained
1-8oz pkg cream cheese, cubed
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
juice of one small lemon
dash or two of nutmeg
3 eggs, well beaten
1 cup grated parmesan cheese
Ritz cracker crumbs
 

Instructions
Grease a 2 quart casserole and place artichoke hearts, cut side down in dish.
Mix spinach, cream sheese, soup, lemon, nutmeg, eggs and parmasan cheese together.
Pour over artichokes. Top with cracker crumbs.
Bake and 350 degrees until bubbly @ 45 to 50 minutes.
