     Green Bean Casserole

Ingredients
1 large (22-24oz) frozen green beans
2 plum tomatoes, chopped
8oz. shredded mozzerella cheese
2Tbl. butter
1/4 cup finely dinced onion
3Tbl. flour
1 tsp. salt 1/4tsp pepper
1/2 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup sour cream
 
1 cup buttered bread crumbs

Instructions
Butter 13x9in. baking dish. Heat oven to 375degrees.
Cook green beans in small amount of water until just tender. Drain and arrange in prepared dish. Sprinkle with dice tomatoes and gredded cheese. Set aside.
In a sauce pan over med-low heat, melt butter. Add onion, saute' until tender. Stir in flour until well blended. Add salt,pepper, cream, and sour cream. Heat thoughly, stirring constantly.
Spread cream mixture over green beans then sprinkle bread crumbs over all. Bake 30 minutes or until bubbly & brown.
