mix flour, salt & pepper. Dredge chicken in flour mixture. In a pan heat olive oil over medium to medium high heat. Brown chicken.

Take chicken out of pan and add 2-3 Tbl. butter and 3 Tbl.flour mixture to pan. Cook 1-2 minutes until brown.

|
Add chicken broth and lemon juice. Bring to a boil (should be thin) add chicken back to mixture.

|
|
Add scallions, dill and capers. Cover and simmer until chicken is done. Serve with rice or egg noodles.
