Coat chicken in flour, add 2 Tbsp. oil to skilet; fry until light brown on both sies. Drain pineapple; save juice. Mix 1/2 cup pineapple juice, soy sauce, catsup and honey. Pour mixture over chicken. Cover and simmer for 15 minutes. Turn chicken, add pineapple, bell pepper, mushrooms, & onion Simmer 15 minutes more until chicken is tender.
