1 cup sugar

1 stick butter, melted

2 eggs

1tsp. vanilla

small can crushed pineapple

Crust:
|

1 cup brown sugar
|
|
1/2 cup margerine, melted
|
|
1 cup flour
|
|
1 cup chopped nuts
|

Instructions |
|
|
Preheat oven 375 degrees.
In a bowl,mix sweet potatoes and next 5 ingredients. Pour into casserole dish.

In a bowl, mix Crust ingredients and place on top of sweet potato mixture
|
|
|
Bake for 30 minutes or until brown.
