Combine first 5 ingredients in a bowl; stir well. Divide into 6 equal portions shaping each into a 1 in thick patty.
Coat an electric skillet with cooking spray; heat to 320 degrees. Add patties, and cook 5 min on each side. Drain on paper towels; set aside and keep warm.
Wipe drippings from skillet with paper towels. Recoat skillet with cooking spray. Add mushrooms and cook at 420 for 3 minutes. Add worcestershire sauce, salt, and broth, and cook at 420 for 10 minutes. Place patties on a platter, and keep warm.
Combine water and cornstarch; add to broth mixture, stirring well. Bring mixture to a boil, and cook 1 minute. Serve over patties.
