     Chicken Enchilades

Ingredients
1 can cr of mushroom soup
1 can cr of chicken soup
1 small can sliced mushrooms
2 large cans cooked chunk chicken
8 oz non fat yogurt (i used 1 cup sour cream)
1/4 cup chopped onions (opt)
10 large flour tortillas
 
2 cans Enchilada sauce
3 cups shredded cheese
1 small can black olives (opt)

Instructions
Mix first six ingredients and spread in flour tortillas. Roll and place in baking dish. Mix enchilada sauce with cheese and spread over enchiladas. (I put the cheese on and poured the sauce over top) Sprinkle with chopped olives. Bake at 350 for 45 min.
