Grease a 8X8 round or square pan. Pre heat oven to 350o
Mix dry ingredients,except soda, together in bowl. Make 3 dent in dry ingredients. Pour oil in one, soda in second and vinegar in third. Pour water over all and mix.
Pour into pan and bake 20 min or until toothpic comes out clean.
