     Tuna and Green Chili Caserole

Ingredients
1 12 1/2 oz Can Tuna, drained
1 4oz Can Diced Green Chilis
1 Cup Grated Monterey Jack Cheese
1 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Pepper
1 Cup White Sauce :
:- 2 Tblsp melted butter
:- 3 Tblsp Flour
:- 1 Cup of Milk
 
3 Cups Cooked Rice, Noodles or Potatoes

Instructions
Heat oven to 350 degrees. Make White Sauce (Can be bought in a can, but better if made fresh). Melt Butter. Remove from heat. Add flour. Mix till smooth. Slowly add Milk, mixing till smooth between additions. Return to heat. Stirring constantly, heat till thickened. Remove from heat.
Mix Tuna, Chilis, Grated Cheese, Salt, and Pepper. Scoop into greased Casserole Dish with Lid. Pour White Sauce on Top. Bake Covered for 30 Min.
