     Mexican Lasagna

Ingredients
1 whole Chicken Cooked and Boned
(2-3 Cups)
1 Doz Corn Tortillas, cut into 1
1 Can Cream of Chicken Soup
1/4 Cup Milk
1 Cup Diced Onion
1 Small Can Diced Green Chilis
3 Tblsp Salsa
2 Cups Grated Jack Cheese
 
1/2 Cup Grated Cheddar Cheese

Instructions
Mix together Chicken Soup, Milk, Onion, Green Chilis and Salsa. Lightly shred Chicken.
In a greased, lidded casserole dish, place a layer of 1/3 tortilla strips, 1/3 chicken mixture, and 1/3 Jack Cheese. Repeat twice. Top with Cheddar Cheese. Refrigerate, overnight if possible.
Heat Oven to 325 degrees. Bake covered for 1 hour. (If not Chilled, Bake for 30 min.)
Serving Suggestions
I often make this with leftover Turkey, too.
