Mix Dry ingredients together.
Mix Butter, Eggs, Sugar, Lemon and Vanilla together.
Add 1/3 Flour Mixture, then 1/2 Milk. Mix. Repeat till all used.
Roll out dough to 1/4 inch thick. Cut out cookies.
Place on cookie sheet. Bake 10-12 Min.
May decorate as wanted with Icing, Cocoanut and Candies.
OR try a mixture of egg yolk & water, colored with vegetable dyes, and paint on with water color brushes, then sprinkle with sugar before baking.
Chill covered in Fridge between roll-outs.
