     Creamy Chicken Enchiladas

Ingredients
2 C chopped cooked chicken ( I grill mine)
1 C chopped green pepper
1 (8oz) jar Picante Sauce
2 pkgs. (8oz. each) phila. cream cheese (softened)
8 flour tortillas
3/4 lb velveeta cheese
1/4 C milk
 

Instructions
Grill (or cook) chicken. In pan, combine chicken, green pepper, 1/2 C Picante sauce and cream cheese over low heat until smooth.
Spoon equal amounts of mixture into each tortilla, roll up and place seam side down inlightly greased pan.
Stir cheese spread and milk in saucepan over LOW heat until smooth. Pour sauce over tortillas.
Bake at 350 degrees covered for 15 minutes. Uncover and bake another 15 minutes. Serve with Picante sauce and sour cream.
