     Mac and Cheese

Ingredients
2 TBSP butter
2 TBSP flour
2 C milk
16 oz pasta (cooked)
16 oz cheese ( atleast 8 oz exra sharp cheddar orange or white) Other - mont. jack, swiss, sharp
bread crumbs
 

Instructions
Melt butter then add flour and salt and pepper (make paste)
Add milk. Chop cheese and add to milk. Cook and stir until melted.
Pour cheese mixture over pasta. Sprinkle bread crumbs on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
