|
While chicken is cooking, put onions and margarine into lg frying pan. Simmer onions until clear. Then add garlic and ginger.

When chicken is done cooking, cut into small strips and add to onions and garlic mixture. Stir and turn mixture frquently for 5 mintues or so.

|
Add soy sauce to mixture. Again stir for about 3 minutes. Cook rice while cooking chicken.
|
|
|
Put rice on each plate and place chicken mixture on top of rice.
