Pre heat oven to 300 degrees. Add egg whites and baking powder, and cream of tarter beat until peaks. Add sugar 1 tbl at a time beating until peak, fold in pecans.
Bake for 30minutes at 300 degrees.
Cool and add cool whip and sprinkle with pecans
