Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Butter 7x11 inch baking pan. Peel and core apples and slice in half horizontally.

Sprinkle generously with lemon juice.
|
|
|
|
For Filling; combine cream cheese and granola. Stuff each apple half with one teaspoon of filling. Sprinkle apple tops with cinnamon.
|
|
|
|
Bake for 30 minutes or until tender when pierced with fork
|
