Ingredients
1 package dark brown sugar
1-1/3 cups granulated sugar
1-2/3 cups water
2/3 cup instant coffee powder
1 quart vodka
1 Tbl. pure vanilla extract
 
Instructions
Put water and sugars in saucepan, bring to rolling boil to dissolve sugars. Boil rapidly without stirring for 5 minutes.
Gradually stir in coffee using a wire whisk. Cool. Pour into a jar or jug. Add vodka and vanilla. Mix thoroughly.
Cover Tightly and let stand for at least 2 weeks before serving.
