     Vegetable Chowder

Ingredients
1/2 c. chopped onions
1/4 c. butter
1 c. EACH diced potato, cauliflower, carrots, broccoli
3 c. water
3 chicken bouillon cubes
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. flour
2 c. milk
 
3 c. shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions
Saute onion in butter. Add vegetables, water, bouillon, salt and pepper; bring to a boil. Reduce heat, cover and simmer 20 minutes.
Combine flour and milk until smooth; stir into pan. Bring to a boil; cook and stir for 2 minutes. Add cheese until melted.
