     Tex-mex Cornbread/Chili Casserole

Ingredients
1 C pepper jack cheese or sharp cheddar grated
1 jiffy cornbread mix
½ lb hamburger
¼ cup chopped red onion
1 small can chopped green chilis
2 C Pace picante Salsa
*1 tsp red chili powder
*1 tsp garlic
1 can whole kernel corn (drained)
 

Instructions
Mix cornbread according to directions
Brown hamburger, drain fat, add onions, chilis, seasonings, salsa and reheat
Pour cornbread into oiled pan (8 in sq. pan). Layer meat mixture on. Layer on Cheeses.
Bake 350 for 30 minutes.
