     Asparagus & Egg Dish

Ingredients
8 hard boiled eggs, peeled & cut into wedges
5 boiled potatoes, cooled and sliced
1 T. butter
1 c. cooked asparagus OR (1) can asparagus
1 c. white sauce
WHITE SAUCE:
2 T. butter
2 T. flour
 
1 c. milk
salt & pepper to taste

Instructions
White sauce: In saucepan, combine flour and butter. Stir together. Add milk and salt and pepper. Simmer 3 minutes
Add asparagus, sliced potatoes and white sauce to casserole dish. Bake 350 degrees for 20-30 minutes.
