     Shish Kabobs (Pineapple)

Ingredients
1 can (8 oz.) pineapple chunks
1/2 c. water
1/2 c. soy sauce
1 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. ginger
1 lb. sirloin (cut into 1" chunks)
Mushrooms
Onion
 
Green Pepper
Pineapple
1/2 c. butter, melted
Instructions
Combine all ingredients, except butter. Place in sealable bag and marinate. Grill and base with melted butter.
