Cook fettuccine accoring to package directions. Add asparagus to water 8 minutes before pasta is cooked. Drain. Heat oil in skillet over medium heat; add shrimp. Cook until shrimp is no longer pink. Drain excess liquid from skillet leaving shrimp and about 2 T. liquid. Stir in Alfredo sauce and pimentos; cover and cook 5 minutes. Toss fettuccine and asparagus with shrimp mixture.
