Cut meat into 1/2" cubes. Season with salt and soy sauce. Roll in flour. Roll in egg yolk. Roll again in flour. Deep fry in wok unti done (2-3 minutes. Cut tomato and onion into 8 parts and green pepper into 3/4 squares. When meat is done, drain. Using same wok, brown onion and pepper in 1 T. oil for 1/2 minute. Add in 1/2 cup sweet and sour sauce, cook for 1 minute. Add tomato, pepper and pineapple, cook for 5 seconds. Add meat and remove from heat. Mix and serve.
