1 can of ranch style beans
|
|
1 bunches of small green onions
|
|
1 head of lettuce
|
|
2 large tomatoes
|
|
1 lb. of Longhorn cheese, grated
|
|
1 small bottle of Catalina salad dressing
|
|
1 bag of corn chips
|
|

Instructions |
|
|
Chill beans; when cold, pour beans into a bowl and rinse with water till all sauce is gone. Drain.
|

|
Pour into large bowl; chop onions, lettuce, and tomatoes. Pour in with the beans. Add grated cheese.
|
|
|
Pour dressing over salad and mix well. Refrigerate for a couple of hours. When ready to serve, crush up the bag of corn chips and stir in the salad.
