Cut chicken in 2 " squated & put in bowl. Stir in eggs, salt, pepper, oil & mix well. In another bowl mix together cornstarch and flour. Add chicken and stir to coat.
Heat oil and cook chicken. Remove chicken and drain on paper towel.
Clean pan and heat for 15 seconds. Add 1 T Oil, ginger and garlic . Add orange sauce and bring to a boil. Add water and cornstarch to thicken.
Add sauce to chicken. Stir and serve.
