     Cous Cous & Feta Salad

Ingredients
1 1/2 cups of Cous Cous
200g green beans
1/3 cup (80 ml) oil free french dressing
2 tablespoons of lime juice
1 1/2 cups firmly packed fresh flat leaf parsley
1/2 cup chopped fresh mint
4 shallots, sliced.
250g cherry tomatoes
200g fetta cheese, crumbled
 

Instructions
Cook Cous Cous.
Cut beans into thirds. Boil or steam until just tender; drain.
Combine ingredients and serve.
