grind graham crackers and combine with sugar and butter. Press into bottom of greased 10" springform pan
using electic mixer beat cream cheese and suagr until smooth. add milk and mix. add one egg at a time and mix well. Add rest of ingredients and mix to combine.
Pour over crust and bake at 350 for 1 hour. Turn oven off and leave door open to cool cheesecake slowly for another hour.
