Cream together butter, peanut butter, granulated sugar and brown sugar. Beat in egg and vanilla. Stir together flour and baking soda and blend into creamed mixture to make smooth dough. Shape into 1 inch balls. Place in ungreased mini-muffin tins and back at 375 degrees for 8-10 minutes. Remove from oven. Push Reese's cups into the center of each hot cookies until only the top of the candy shows. Cool 10-15 minutes in pan. Remove and serve.
