chicken
flour
butter
garlic powder
salt and pepper
chicken broth
 
Instructions
flour chicken and fry in butter
lay chicken in baking dish and season
add chicken broth to 1/2 way up pieces, add butter around chicken pieces
back at 350 for 30 mins, covered for half the time
