Ingredients
1 cup sauerkraut, squeezed dry
2 cups frozen hashbrown potatoes, thawed
8 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
2 teaspoons caraway seeds
4 large eggs
1 cup milk or cream
 

Instructions
mix everything together and put into pie plate.
bake at 375 for 30 minutes, until set.
serve with sour cream or greek yogurt.
Serving Suggestions
serve with applesauce and green beans
