     Splenda Banana Pudding

Ingredients
2 cups 1% low-fat milk
1/3 cup splenda
3 tbs corn starch
1 lg egg
1/4 tsp salt
1 tbs butter
1 tsp vanilla extract
24 reduced fat vanilla wafers
2 bananas, sliced
 
cool whip to garnish ( optional )

Instructions
Combine milk, splenda, corn starch, egg, and salt in medium sauce pan, whisk until smooth. Cook over medium heat, whisking constantly, until mixture comes to a boil and thickens, about 5 minutes. Remove fdrom heat; stir in butter and vanilla. Slice bananas and mix into mixture with wafers, Serve as desired
