In a nine inch square pan, mix first 8
ingredients.
For the topping, mix remaining ingredients in a
small bowl.
Sprinkle the topping mix over the cake. Gently
pour 1 1/2 cups water over the topping. Bake at
350 degrees for 30-40 minutes or until top
springs back when lightly touched. Serve hot,
room temperature, or cold.
