     Skillet Sausage & Potatoes

Ingredients
1 Rope sausage (Hillshire farms)
4-5 Red Potatoes
Green Pepper
Onions
Pt. Half & Half & 1/2 stick butter
Shredded Cheddar Cheese
Salt & Pepper to taste
 

Instructions
Prep your veggies, green pepper, onions by chopping them up. Wash your potatoes, and cut them into bite size chunks. Cut your sausage into bite size pieces
In a preheated skillet, and a little oil, fry your potatoes until almost done. In another skillet saute your onions and peppers. When your potatoes are almost done, add the cut up sausage, and fry until the potatoes are done.
The last step should not take long, so add about 1 1/2 Cups of the shredded cheese, more or less to taste, and then place your butter cut up in pats on top of the potato mixture, then add your green peppers and onions. Pour in the half and half, and stir until the cheese and butter melts and is creamy. Add Salt & Pepper
You may also add mixed veggies instead of the peppers. OR you can also add Broccoli. This is really good. Just don't over cook the potatoes, or you will get mush. Makes great left overs!
