Melt Chips in Large Bowl in Microwave till Just melted. Stir in Peanut Butter. Mixture should be smooth. If lumpy, heat short time and mix again.
Add Corn Flakes. Mix till well coated.
Drop spoonfuls onto waxed paper. Cool.
