     Ice Cream Cake

Ingredients
1 box Nabisco chocolate wafers
1 quart coffee ice cream
1 quart green chocolate chip mint ice cream
1 jar chocolate fudge
1 jar marschino cherries
1nuts
 
Instructions
Line bottom and sides of 10" deep springform pan with Nabisco chocolate wafers. Cut 1 quart of coffee ice cream into pieces while it is frozen for easy handling and flatten on top of cookies. Ad 2/3 jar of chocolate fudge (not syrup) on top 0f ice cream. Add another layer of cookies. Cover with foil and freeze overnight.
Add 1 quart green chocolate chip mint ice cream on hardened cookies. Add rest of fudge on top. Decorate with maraschino cherries or nuts and return freezer.
