     Swedish Meatballs

Ingredients
1 egg, lightly beaten
1/2 cup milk
1 cup soft bread crumbs
1/2 cup finely chopped onion
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 pound ground beef
1/2 pound ground pork
 
1/4 cup butter, cubed
Dill Cream Sauce-
1/4 cup all-purpose flour
2 cups heavy whipping cream
2 cups beef broth
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. dill seed

Instructions
In a large bowl, combine first seven ingredients. Crumble beef and pork over mixture and mix well. Shape into 1 1/2 inch balls.
In a large skillet, cook meatballs in butter until no longer pink. Remove and keep warm.
In a small bowl, combine the sauce ingredients until blended. Stir in skillet. Bring to a boil; cook and stir for 2 minutes or until thickened. Serve with meatballs.
Serving Suggestions
Serve over egg noodles, Baby Lima Beans
