     Layered Overnight Salad

Ingredients
1 large bag of salad
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup chopped celery
1 can sliced water chestnuts
1 pkg (10 oz) frozen peas
2 cups mayonaise
1 TBS Sugar
6 chopped hard boiled eggs
8 slices of crumbled bacon
 
1/2 cup parmesean cheese

Instructions
In 1 13 X 9 in pan make an even layer of lettuce. Sprinkle on onions, celery, & water chestnuts. Spread frozen peas evenly over the top. Spread mayo evenly over peas and sprinkle with sugar. Cover & refridgerate over night. The next day layer remaining ingredients and serve.
