Preheat oven to 400. Spray some Pam on a large cookie sheet. Slice zucchini. Mix egg white, salt, pepper and chili powder. Put 1/4 cup or more of bread crumbs in a ziploc bag. Dip zucchini slices in egg mixture and then shake in bag. Spread in single layer on cookie sheet. Spray with Pam again before putting in oven. Bake for about 20 minutes, then broil for a few minutes to get them crunchy. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese and serve with ranch dressing.
