cut each onion into quarters. Cut cabbage into 6 wedges. Arrange cabbage and potatoes in a shallow casserole or roasting pan 15 1/2X10 1/2
Cook onions in skittet over medium heat in oil until browned. Remove onions to casserole with cabbage
In oil remaining in skillet cook pork chops until lightly brown. Tuck pork chops amoung vegetables in casserroe
In same skillet over high heat, heat apple juice, pepper and dried fruit stirring to loosen any brown bits brown bottom.
Pour apple juice mixture over pork chops and vegetables., Cover casserole and bake 375 for 1 1/4 hour
