     Banana Nut Muffin

Ingredients
1/2 c. butter (soft)
1. c. sugar
2 eggs
3 bananas (mashed)
2 c. self rising flour (1 1/2t. baking powder 1/2t salt)
1. baking soda
1/2 c. walnuts
 
Instructions
Cream butter and sugar
Add eggs one at a time.
Beat in Banana
Combine flour and baking soda. Add to creamed mixture just until moist. Stir in nuts. 350* 20-25 minutes cool 5 minutes before removing from pan.
