Combine juice, soysauce, br. sugar, bourbon, pepper and garlic in med. bowl. Stir to dissolve and add the oil. Marinte fish for atleast an hour in ziplock bag in refrig.
Remove skin from fish. Place the fish in a shallow dish and pour the bourbon marinade over them saving a little to brush on the fish as it cooks.
