Preheat oven to 350F. Grease two 8X4" loaf dishes.
Prepare pasta as directed on package.

Combine ricotta cheese, eggs, and milk in a medium bowl. Place 1/4 pasta in each prepared baking dish. Add 1/4 sauce and half ricotta mixture to each baking dish. Top each with the remaining pasta and sauce. Sprinkle both dishes with parmesan cheese.

Cover 1 baking dish with plastic wrap, then over wrap with foil. Label and freeze for up to 2 months. Optional to cook both.

|
|
Cover remaining dish with foil, bake for 40-45 minutes or until heated thorough. Let stand 10 minute before serving.
