     Alfredo Sauce

Ingredients
3 T. salted butter
1 cup whipping cream
1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
1/4 cup grated Romano cheese
1 egg yoke lightly beaten
dash of pepper
 

Instructions
In a saucepan, melt butter over medium-low heat. Stir in other ingredients. Cook and stir over medium-low heat until a thermometer reads 160 degrees (do not boil) [or watch pan closely, wait for first bubble of a boil, remove from heat].
Serving Suggestions
Serve over Fettachine noodles or with italian bread
