4 skinless chicken breast
|
|
1 can (10 1/2 oz.) chicken broth
|
|
2 cups broccoli flowerets
|
|
2 cups rice, uncooked
|

3/4 lb. (12 oz.) velveeta, cut up

Instructions |

|
Heat 1 Tbsp. oil in skillet. Add chicken: cook until browned. Remove chicken.
|

Add broth, 1/2 cup water and broccoli; stir. Heat to a boil.
|
|
|
Stir in rice and velveeta. Top with chicken; cover. Cook on low heat 5 minutes or until cooked through. Gently stir until velveeta is melted.
