Preheat the oven to 180c/gas mark 4. For the base mix the crushed biscuits & butter. Press the mixture over the base & sides of a 9in pie dish. Bake for 8mins. Leave to cool. DON'T switch the oven off.

Beat the mascapone & cream together until smooth. Beat in the sugar, cocoa & nutmeg until blended. Add the eggs one at a time.

|
Pour the mixture into the biscuit base & bake for 25-30mins. The filling will sink down as it cools. Decorate with spray or whipped cream & choc curls.
