     Chocolate Cheesecake Tart

Ingredients
350g/1 1/2cups mascapone cheese
4tbsp whipping cream or creme fraiche
1cup light muscovado sugar
1/2cup cocoa powder
1/2tsp fresh grated nutmeg
3 eggs
THE BASE
2cups crushed digestive biscuits
 
6tbsp butter melted

Instructions
Preheat the oven to 180c/gas mark 4. For the base mix the crushed biscuits & butter. Press the mixture over the base & sides of a 9in pie dish. Bake for 8mins. Leave to cool. DON'T switch the oven off.
Beat the mascapone & cream together until smooth. Beat in the sugar, cocoa & nutmeg until blended. Add the eggs one at a time.
Pour the mixture into the biscuit base & bake for 25-30mins. The filling will sink down as it cools. Decorate with spray or whipped cream & choc curls.
Serving Suggestions
Tip if using spray cream don't decorate until ready to serve.
