Instructions |

Mix ketchup, brown sugar, and powdered mustard. Take half of the mixture and mix remaining ingredients.

Spray loaf pan with non-stick cooking spray. Mold meat mixture in pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour, 20 minutes.

For a spicier mixture, substitute 1/4 cup ketchup and 1/4 cup ketchup-based BBQ sauce for 1/2 cup ketchup.
