     Breakfast Casserole

Ingredients
1 lb sausge, crumbled
8 slices bread
2 cups milk
2 cups cheddar cheese
1/2 lb bacon
4 eggs
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 medium onion, chopped
1/2 bell pepper, chopped
 

Instructions
Brown sausage and drain. Break bread up into a 9 x 13 pan, slightly greased. Mix eggs and 1 1/2 cups milk and pour over bread. Add cooked sausage, bacon, onions, peppers, and cheese. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
Next morning, mix soup and 1/3 cup milk, and pour over mixture.
Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
