     No-Fry Chicken Parm

Ingredients
· 4 chicken breast, boneless
· 3/4 cup(s) seasoned bread crumbs
· 16 oz bottled reduced-fat pasta sauce
· 1 cup(s) shredded fat-free mozzarella cheese
· 1/2 cup(s) Egg Beaters Egg Beaters
 

Instructions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Beat egg. Dip chicken in egg, then bread crumbs. in 13 x 19 baking dish, arrange chicken - bake 20 minutes.
Pour pasta sauce over chicken top with cheese - bake additional 10 minutes or until chicken is cooked thoroughly
Serving Suggestions
Use 1-2 eggs instead of egg beaters if you prefer.
